Private Training

one on one training at a time that suits

  • 1 x 30min $45

  • 1 x 60min $75

  • 10 x 60min (pre-paid) $675

 

 

Weekly Club Membership

direct debit fortnightly in advance

  • 2 sessions/week $45/wk

  • 3 sessions/week $55/wk

 

Session Pass

session passes are valid for 3 months from date of issue

  • 10 session pass $250

  • 5 session pass $137.50

 

All membership options include your personalised programme valued at $180. Programmes are reviewed approx every 6 weeks at no additional charge to you.

Barbell Basics

3 x 2hr session (6 hrs total)

  • 1 person $345

  • 2 people (sign up with a friend) $270 per person

  • 3 or more people (sign up with lots of friends) $210 per person
